Are shipments free?
Shipments to the peninsula are free for orders over € 90, for the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands for purchases over € 95. For shipments in European territory it will be free on orders over € 200.
Who will ship?
All our shipments in Barcelona city will be made by “Las Mercedes”, ecological and inclusive courier, for the rest of the Spanish territory they will be made by post or Express mail. In shipments in European territory we will look for the best company that adapts to the needs of the shipment.

How long will it take?
Shipping to the Peninsula between 24/48 hours

Where I can get my order?
You can receive your order at the address you choose, at your home or your workplace, but not at a PO box.
Can I track the shipment of my order?
Yes, at the time of shipment we will send you the confirmation of the shipment by email with the tracking number, which you can use through a link to the carrier’s website included in the confirmation email.

Can I return or exchange a garment?
Yes, no problem. If the color, size or purchase has not convinced you, you can change or return it, except in panties and underpants, for obvious hygiene reasons we will not accept changes or returns of underwear. The product must be unused and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging.
Will I have to pay something for an exchange or return?
If you receive your order with an error or a damaged garment, don’t worry, shipping will be free. But in the cases of exchanges or returns, you will have to bear the shipping costs.
How long do I have for an exchange or return?
The term for exchanges and returns is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
How do I make an exchange or return?
Contact us at admin@owlstore.eu indicating the reason for the change and / or return and the order number, and we will contact you as soon as possible to manage and give you indications of the demand.
When will my refund be paid?
Returns will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the shipment to our showroom in Barcelona, upon return the amount generated from the shipping costs will be deducted (In cases of error in the order or damaged garments, no will discount the amount of shipping costs).
